South Brisbane is a vital link in Brisbane’s public transport network, both as a popular destination for residents and tourists, and as a home to several modern suburban train stations, ferry terminals and busways. South Brisbane is the beginning of the South Eastern Busway and the Eastern Busway, which are dedicated bus lanes providing efficient public transport options from Brisbane CBD to the suburbs.
