Generally the owner pays for the monthly pool service which is usually between $60-$80 and the tenant will be required to pay for the pool chemicals. The cost of the chemicals will be invoiced directly to the tenants by the pool contractor.
The pool contractor or owner is required to provide new tenants with an overview of any pool maintenance such as clearing the leaves and chemical program. The maintenance aspect of a pool should be covered in the special terms of the tenancy agreement.
