If your air conditioning unit is not working, please check the following:

• Have you changed the batteries in the remote?
• Has the power box tripped the safety switch or blown a fuse?
• Have you cleaned the filter?
• Have you checked for any leaks?

If you have checked the above and the air conditioner is still not working, please submit your maintenance request in writing to hello@purere.com.au.

Please Note:  If a tradesperson is called out to a property and it is discovered it is due to tenant misuse, the tenant will be responsible for the call out fee.

It is recommended to service your air conditioning unit prior to the Brisbane Summer.  Check out the video on servicing.
