Property Self-Inspection during COVID-19
On behalf of the Lessor, our Agency conducts regular Routine Inspections to inspect the property to identify any repairs or maintenance needed and to ensure that the property is being maintained. With the COVID-19 situation, we have implemented a “Self-inspection” system to ensure that we are keeping our team and tenants safe while still ensuring our Agency’s obligations are being met. Within 24 hours of your Scheduled Routine Inspection, please complete the below report and click 'submit' once done.
The report with accompanying photos will be prepared and forwarded to the Lessor for review and to provide instructions if repairs or maintenance is required.
