Chris joined the Pure Real Estate team in 2020 as a Sales Agent after having previously worked in Management Consulting, Finance and Real Estate sales in Brisbane and Toronto, Canada. He learned the ropes in Real Estate for two years in Toronto while competing against 46,000 other agents in a city the size of Sydney. Working both sides of the deal, as both a buyers agent and a listing agent, he had the opportunity to negotiate directly with a range of agents across Toronto, one of the most competitive real estate markets in the world. This experience showed him a range of ways that we could do things better in Brisbane and we look forward to slowly implementing these improvements.
Chris is always looking for an edge over his competitors through studying the latest sales, psychology and real estate materials. He has a Bachelor of Business from QUT majoring in Finance and Economics and a high customer service focus. This allows him to understand the needs of both buyers and sellers, build a high level of rapport, then negotiate in a manner that achieves the highest price while keeping all parties cool, calm and focused on achieving their goal. When he's not prospecting for new clients or negotiating deals, you'll find him honing his interpersonal skills at a range of social events he runs across Brisbane or working on his physical and mental fitness.
